This session combines Acupuncture with Krystal's Alphabiotics Autonomic Nervous System Reset (ANSR) — an alignment process using a single contact point on the neck to reset the nervous system and bring biomechanical and brain balance back into sync. The Alphabiotics alignment is done both before and after your Acupuncture treatment, so your nervous system is settled going in and reset again afterward.
Acupuncture itself is tailored to what you need and may include treatment on the front, back, or both sides of the body, along with cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, or electrostimulation. You'll remain fully clothed for the Alphabiotics portion.
