This focused massage targets the muscles of the jaw, face, head, neck, and upper chest to address temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction.
Treatment may include techniques such as cupping and Graston (instrument-assisted soft tissue work), tailored to what you need. Optional intraoral massage — performed inside the mouth with gloves — is also available for more direct relief of the deeper jaw muscles. It's a good fit for jaw tension, headaches, clicking or grinding, and restricted jaw movement.
